2014年7月毕业海外本科生如何与悉尼大学“无缝链接”

      每年7都有大批成绩优异的申请者，他们的文化和语言成绩都已经达到学校标准。只需要等到学位证和毕业证就能换到FULL OFFER，他们非常关心自己是否能顺利衔接进入7月份悉尼大学正课的开学，否则就必须面临推迟半年入学。这里，我们详细阐述一下这个问题。

      Q：7月毕业是否能顺利赶上7月正开学呢？
      答案是可以的。前提是已经有7个学期成绩，语言已经达标，不需要配语言。否则不用考虑了，直接申请次年2月份就可以了。

      Q：如果可以赶上，那么具体怎么操作呢？
      1. 2014年7月毕业的同学，现在起就可以用本科6个学期的成绩来申请CONDITIONAL OFFER;-----截止日期大约为3月25日
      2. 2014年2月用7个学期的成绩和学校开出的一封确认信（确认学生可以如期顺利毕业）后即可换FIRM OFFER；-----截止日期为6月3日
      3. 拿到FIRM OFFER后即可开始缴费和签证；
      4. 中介需要将最后的成绩和毕业证书在7月8日之前发给学校；----截止日期为7月8日

      下面我们来看看悉尼大学的原文规定（为了方便阅读，我们就重点部分做了翻译）：
       *TheUniversity of Sydney normally issues a Firm Offer of admission only after receipt of an official final transcript showing completion of an appropriatecourse, with the required standard of academic achievement, plus a testamur.
      一般情况下，悉尼大学的FIRM OFFER只有在最后的官方成绩和完成信出来后才能出,但是以下情况下是例外的：An exception to this procedure may be made for students who fit the following criteria：
      1. 必须通过学校官方代理申请；

      2.已经有7月开学的CONDITIONAL OFFER；

      3.已经完成了学业想要7月开学，只是在暂时还没收到学位证、毕业证和成绩单；

      4. 除了提供毕业信和成绩单，CONDITIONAL OFFER上并无其它条件 需要满足了；

      5.目前在读的学校可以证明课程已经结束了（根据我们的经验一般第8个学期为实习，学校可以开出这封信的）

      大家需要知道的关键日期如下：
      The important dates for Agents to note inrelation to this process are:

      March 2013– Applications to participate in the July 2013 India/PR ChinaSpecial PG Admissions Process will open 申请开始
      June 2013– Last date for notifying the Admissions team of applicants to beincluded in this process. 报告学校，需要申请SPECIAL ENTRY。
      July 2013– Last date for final transcript and testamur to be received by the International Office 提交最后的成绩单和毕业证书
      With regard toapplicants from the PRChina who have attended non-211 institutions and are required to submit their academic documents through the CDGDC: 非211学校毕业的同学需要提供清华认证，包括7个学期成绩的认证。（211院校则不需要了）

      Students will not be required to submit their finalsemester documents through the CDGDC provided these documents are submitted through their Agentand there are no anomalies identified in the documents. 学生毕业后不会再被要求提供最终成绩的清华认证了。

      特别请注意，以下专业是不参与SPECIAL ENTRY的：Faculty of Agriculture & Environment, theFaculty of Veterinary Science, and the Sydney Conservatorium of Music 。（这几个专业的同学一般来说需要推迟一个学期，也就是次年2月开学！）

      PLEASE NOTE: The Faculty of Agriculture & Environment, theFaculty of Veterinary Science, and the Sydney Conservatorium of Music will not be participating in the Special PGAdmissions Process. The Sydney Law School will not be accepting seven semestertranscripts from India and students will need to submit their final resultsbefore an Offer can be made.
